FPE Seals supplied the seals and cylinder parts needed for the design of a hidden staircase and trapdoor in a luxury penthouse apartment in Norwich.
The parts were used by Lenwade Hydraulic Services, who were commissioned to manufacture and install a disguised trapdoor system for an emergency fire escape. Their customer had asked that the system was engineered in a way to be in keeping with the fixtures and fitting of the high-end property, and needed to operate independently with its own power source, in case of mains power failure.
